Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to all agreements with consumers.
Article 3 – Offers
Offers are subject to availability and errors.
Article 4 – Agreement
The agreement is concluded after order confirmation.
Article 5 – Prices and shipping
Prices include VAT.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Shipping outside the Netherlands (Benelux) costs € 7.95 per order.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment must be made in advance via iDEAL or credit card.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery within approx. 4 working days via DHL or PostNL.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after delivery.
Article 9 – Returns
Returns must be registered in advance by email.

Article 10 – Hygiene exception
Swimwear can only be returned unworn with hygiene seal intact.
Article 11 – Sale items
Sale items may be returned in accordance with statutory withdrawal rights.
Article 12 – Refunds
Refunds within 14 days after receipt of the return.
Article 13 – Liability
Liability is limited to the order value.
Article 14 – Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the court of Rotterdam.
